2. Hosting and server log files
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and to keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after a short period unless they are needed to investigate an incident.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on this server, so no data is sent to third-party font services.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact me, I process the details you provide in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your data is deleted once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

This website links to my GitHub profile. Data is only transferred to GitHub when you follow the link. GitHub's own privacy policy applies there.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
